Tasting Note:

Eye: Brilliant clear pale golden yellow

Nose: Intensely powerful and elegant aromas of white flowers, apricot, white peaches. Gorgeous orange blossom, honeyed flowers, toasted spice, and grilled peach aromatics that build incrementally with time in the glass. With notes of honeysuckle, vanilla, peach, fig and smoke.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied, focused, and pure. Freshness, round, rich and full-bodied, fully expressive of the terroir. Great finesse and freshness, with a pleasant light acidity well balanced with round fleshy fruitiness. Luxurious and creamy finish.

Drink now until 2031 - will keep longer. Perfect with seafood, lobster, poultry & creamy risotto.
