Colour: Deep ruby with garnet rim, showing beautiful Riserva evolution.

Nose: Delicate and suave, offering a principal profile of evident beauty rich in floral nuances of hibiscus, geraniums, lavender and orange blossom, layered with crushed black cherry, plum, leather, sage and violets. Utterly classic bouquet.

Palate: Medium-full bodied, juicy and fragrant, shows an elegant profile of remarkable distension and fruity return in the aftertaste. Textured, hearty fruit with touches of smoked meat and spice. Long and persistent, powerful yet refined. Classic Sangiovese Grosso - drink now or age 20+ years.

This is a 10-year-old Riserva now at perfect maturity, released after long aging in large Slavonian oak casks.
