TASTING NOTES

Though a mere Bourgogne, this wine is a joyful and buoyant example of Pinot. Fine silken tannins, juicy freshness and subtle complexity is embedded in the ripe, rounded, fresh fruit. Marvellously drinkable, it raises Bourgogne from the mundane to the memorable.
 


 
The winery covering an area of ​​12 hectares was established by Robert after 1995. Pascal, Arnold's son-in-law. Pascal introduced a part of organic and natural power farming methods. After harvesting, it will be stalk-brewed. Any damaged or immature grapes will be removed. During the brewing process, only the peeling method is used to extract color and flavor. Avoid crushing grape seeds to maintain an elegant and delicate style.
