Crafted using Anselme Selosse’s famed solera system, Substance is a monumental expression of Avize Grand Cru Chardonnay. It opens with complex aromas of dried stone fruits, toasted brioche, honeycomb, candied citrus peel, and roasted hazelnuts. On the palate, rich oxidative depth harmonizes beautifully with a vibrant beam of acidity and intense minerality, finishing with incredible length and elegance. A true masterpiece for serious collectors.
